OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 2019

CONTEST/PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc. d/b/a WIZM-FM “Z93” is giving away A 2018 Genuine Scooter Co. Buddy 50. Every Friday from 10 PM to Midnight, starting Friday, April 12^th and continuing through Friday, May 3^rd, 2019, Z93 will take registrations at Twisted Moose Bar & Restaurant in La Crosse. 4 registrants will be qualified each Friday night. All 16 qualifiers will win Country Boom tickets and go into a random drawing for a chance to win the 2018 Genuine Scooter Co. Buddy 50 Scooter.

The grand prize will be awarded Monday, May 6th during the Z93 Morning Buzz with Brittany & Ballzer on WIZM-FM “Z93”.

THE RULES:

• No purchase necessary
• Limit one entry per person, per Friday (4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3)
• Ten bonus entries will be awarded for those who opt in the Z93 email club (Z.I.P. Club) during registration
• You may only qualify once

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be a resident of Wisconsin, Minnesota or Iowa.
• Must be 21 years of age or older. Proof of age and valid driver’s license or state issued ID required.
• Employees of Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc., are not eligible to win. Contest Title Sponsors (Twisted Moose Restaurant & Bar, Rod’s Ride-On Powersports, and Country Boom) and their immediate families are NOT eligible to enter or qualify.

DISCLAIMERS:

• All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for any income tax taxes associated with their acceptance of this prize and will be required to sign a Release Form. Once claimed, a prize cannot be revoked/returned by winner to avoid tax obligation. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc., reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like value for any prize, for any reason. Allow 30 days for prize delivery.
• All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc. has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner’s name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein.
• Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc., and may be enacted at any time.
• Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate this contest should causes beyond the control of Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc., corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest.

DISQUALIFICATION:

• In the event that any winner fails to timely claim their prize(s) or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set forth, at the discretion of Midwest Family Broadcasting, Inc., an alternate winner may be selected.
• In the event that a qualifier is named, and then later found to be ineligible due to age, place of employment, multiple entries, etc., the qualifier status will be revoked.

• Depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the contest.
