Walk to Remember is a way for parents, family members, and others to honor and celebrate babies who have died and promote public awareness about perinatal death. The event takes place each October, which is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. This year’s event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. October 12 at Nature Place, 789 Myrick Park Drive, La Crosse, WI. The event includes a brief program, activities for parents and children, refreshments, and a commemorative walk. Participants are invited to bring a photo or memento of their baby who died.
