Owned by sisters Diana Wilson-Thompson and Wendi Eiden, Coffee on the River has been open for over 5 years in Lansing, IA. They have their own espresso bean blend, some local retail, and a rotating menu of unique food. Most of their food is made in house, a lot of is gluten free or dairy free. Their prosecco bar features specialty wine and craft beer, and is open during normal hours and for special events including prix fixe specialty dinners, and live music.
I went to visit Wendi and Diana and their building is beautiful, right on the Mississippi River so you can even pull up on the boat, and they were so fun!
