HOW TO STAY HAPPIER THIS YEAR, THANKS TO #SCIENCE

Y’all know how much I dig #science so it’s not surprising I really liked this article I read from BBC this weekend, “Eight Ways to Stay Happier This Year, According to Science.”

TLDR? I got you:

  1. Embrace friendship as we age
  2. Practice “confelicity” (Meaning “shared happiness”)
  3. Do some volunteering
  4. Connect with your ancestors
  5. Write a list
  6. Look forward to fun activities
  7. Do nothing
  8. Don’t drink too much caffeine

The one I need to work on the most? Number 7, hands down. Every day is a new chance to improve, though, right? Good luck!
