Sweet Potato cornbread is SO good. Mia’s Kitchen even had it at their Grand Opening! I’m not much of a baker so it seemed a bit overwhelming to take on and I’ve never made it. Work Bestie Sarah found a recipe that seemed easy so I decided to give it a whirl.
