VETERANS BREAKFAST THIS SATURDAY AT BIG RIVER RALLY

The Big River Rally is almost here! There’s bands, (Buckcherry, Jackyl and more!) vendors, food and drinks, guided rides, a bike show, and epic stunt shows all lined up for August 16th and 17th at the South Side Oktoberfest Grounds. Advance tickets for the entire weekend are only $30 and the grounds are OPEN and free to the public 11am-4pm on Saturday. Come for lunch, shop vendors, check out the bike show, and stunt shows (1pm and 3pm) for free. Throw axes! Pound some hammers!
Saturday morning is a Veterans Breakfast supporting local Veterans. The public is invited to join from 7a-9a at the Southside Festgrounds! Ticket required in exchange for breakfast, however tickets to the Big River Rally are NOT needed for this event, just tickets to the breakfast are required to attend!
$10 breakfast includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage links, coffee, juice/milk. Colors presentation at 7am to kick off the Veterans breakfast. Information presented by the American Legion Riders on help for local Veterans at 7:30am, 8am and 8:30am.
We caught up with Brad Heller to talk about how the funds raised at this breakfast will impact our community/ He’s the Assistant Director for the District 7 American Legion Riders, Assistant State Director for the Legion Riders, Current County Commander for the American Legion, and is a commissioner for the La Crosse Veterans Service Commission.
