KARUNA HOUSING INC. – SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM HOSTING TASTE OF HOME FUNDRAISER

Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means compassion. Karuna‘s Pilot Supportive Housing project is a new and innovative housing solution that does not currently exist in La Crosse. It has three core components that separate it from other supportive housing programs: Co-Living Style Apartments, 24-Hour Onsite Support Staff, and Community Connection.
The work this non-profit is doing in our community needs our support, so they’re hosting a fundraiser! Sister Karen and FSPA Ministry Coordinator Susan from the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration joined the Morning Buzz to tell us all about the organization and their Taste of Home event.
