Is it petty to celebrate when a rival team falls flat on their face during their home opener?
No.
Not one bit.
The Chicago Cubs opened Wrigley Field Monday afternoon as they took on the Colorado Rockies and the pyro they used while introducing the home team left a little to be desired.
Even IF this was an April Fools prank, it’s a lame one.
Hard to imagine that the Brewers will be exceptionally better tomorrow as they open American Family Field. Because after watching that, the bar has clearly been placed extremely low.
