Natalie Heneghan, the community outreach director for Habitat for Humanity, stopped by to explain why this program is so important and how volunteering can make an impact on our community members.

A global tradition since 1991, Habitat’s Women Build offers hands-on skill-building opportunities for women, who not only are underrepresented in the construction industry but also face unique barriers when trying to access safe, affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity believes in the power of collaboration and community.
