16 Year Old Kidney Transplant Recipient Becomes Vikings Cheerleader For A Day

16 year old Silvia Miller has had a year.

After being born with only one kidney, she’d recently undergone a successful kidney transplant and is currently on the road to recovery.

She was nominated by her medical staff at Mayo Clinic this summer for a Make-A-Wish, and her wish was to become a Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader. Silvia got her hair and make up professionally done and got to lead the “Skol” chant with the cheer team.

“This is something I’ll remember forever,” she said.
