UW-La Crosse Ranked 2nd Best Wisconsin Public University By Forbes

It’s clearly a great day to be an Eagle!
Forbes Magazine released their list of America’s Top Colleges for 2023 and UW-La Crosse was ranked No. 2 public university in Wisconsin.
There are many different criteria factored into Forbes rankings including graduation rates, graduate salaries and overall student success.
In addition to their impressive ranking, UW-L gets high marks with 84 percent of their student body staying here throughout their career and over 75 percent of students are able to receive student aid.
Chancellor Joe Gow was quoted in a story from UW-L saying, quote,
“This impressive ranking is a powerful reflection of the great work our faculty and staff do each day to ensure our UWL students have an outstanding academic experience. Their dedication to student success is an inspiration.”
