FALL OUT BOY UPDATES “WE DIDN’T START THE FIRE”

Fall Out Boy released a updated version/cover of Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire.” Billy’s song was released in 1989 and covered events from 1949 to 1989, while the new take goes over events from 1989 to 2023.

“So much has happened in the span of the last 34 years — we felt like a little system update might be fun,” Fall Out Boy says of the cover. “Hope you like our take on it.”
