Minneapolis Public Transit Won’t Be Extending Service After Taylor Swift Show

If there was a group of fans that any organization wouldn’t want to tangle with, it’s the Swifties.
The Eras Tour will be making it’s way to the Twin Cities next weekend and Metro Transit, who operates the bus and light-rail services in Minneapolis, announced they wouldn’t be extending the rides after the show.
A spokesperson for Metro Transit, Drew Kerr, explained to CBS News that they’re light on operators the way it is. “When we have these late nights, people coming after the service is scheduled to stop, that’s where we have some challenges,” Kerr said.
Kerr also mentioned that the last train set to leave US Bank Stadium is at 11:30 pm. 30 minutes after the concert is scheduled to end. Which for tens of thousands of fans, may (will) cause problems.
