FINALLY! KRAFT SINGLES GET EASIER TO OPEN PACKAGING

At long last, the nightmare of having difficulty opening the wrapping of Kraft singles is over.
Kraft found that the greatest complaint when it came to the individually wrapped slices was trying to get them open. So now, a redesign has added a “textured flap” to allow your fingers to find the opening. They’re also making the packaging “thicker and sturdier” so it doesn’t tear while opening.
(Now if this allowed for the wrapping to not blow away while grilling, that would be excellent)
There will also be changes to the packaging to Kraft Singles that emphasizes that the product is made with “real dairy”, even though Kraft can’t officially call it cheese.
They have to label it as “cheese product” or “cheese food” because Singles are less than 51% cheese which doesn’t meet the FDA standard.
