12 YEAR OLD GIRL SAVES TWIN BROTHER’S LIFE AFTER CHOKING INCIDENT

12 year old, Amelia Loverme of Massachusetts was eating lunch with her twin brother Charlie in the school cafeteria recently when Charlie began choking.
Surveillance video footage show Charlie starting to stumble and pointing to his mouth, indicating that he needed help. As students backed away, not knowing what to do, Amelia rushed into action, performing the Heimlich Maneuver.
According to Good Morning America:
“I just knew that I needed to help him, or try and help him,” Amelia told “GMA.” “I didn’t know how to do it either. I just did what I thought was right.”
