THE KELCE BROTHERS – FIRST SIBLINGS TO EVER FACE OFF IN THE SUPER BOWL
Written by Ballzer on January 31, 2023
Full disclosure; I’m not well-versed in Football. I’m a fan of the Greenbay Packers, but I couldn’t even tell you all the players’ names. Although I didn’t know who they were before seeing this story, I think it’s awesome that the Kelce brothers are making history as the first siblings to ever play against each other in the Super Bowl.
Travis Kelce plays for the Chiefs and his brother, Jason Kelce, plays for the Eagles. As you know, those are the two teams facing off in the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 12. A cool position to be in, but also a tough one, especially for their parents! Their mom, Donna, wears a jersey that supports both teams. Adorable!

They’re no strangers to the Super Bowl, as Travis won the big game in 2020 when the Chiefs beat the 49ers, and he appeared in the title game the following year but lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2018, Jason won a ring with the Eagles when they defeated the New England Patriots. This time, one of them will definitely walk away empty-handed and with their ego slightly deflated. One this is for sure, as Jason pointed out, his mom can’t lose! lol
