MN DOT ANNOUNCES FINALISTS FOR NAME A SNOWPLOW CONTEST

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is doing their fabulous “Name A Snowplow” contest again and has announced the finalists! There were over 10,000 submissions and they narrowed it down to 60 fantastic suggestions, including Dakota and Ojibwe words.
Some of my favorites include: Alice Scooper, Better Call Salt, Beyonsleigh, Blader Tot Hotdish, Buzz Iceclear, Clearopathtra, Han Slowlo, It’s a Squall World After All, Lollaplowlooza, Optimus Brine, Paisley Plow, Plower to the People, Scoop! There it is, Ted Las-snow, and Taylor Drift.
