Wisconsin High School Marching Band To Perform At Rose Bowl Parade

For the first time in over 130 years, a marching band from Northern Wisconsin will perform at the Rose Bowl Parade.
The band features members from 8 area high schools and will feature nearly 400 members. They’ll be performing a piece titled, “Beautiful Wisconsin”, that’s a combination of the UW fight song, “On Wisconsin” and “America, The Beautiful”
The parade route of the Rose Bowl Parade is a whopping 5.5 miles long and they’re expecting nearly 1 million people to attend on January 2nd.
According to WSAW.com the trip won’t be cheap, as it costs about $2,500 a student to go and they’ve been working hard to raise the money. To help them out, you can get all the details here
