HBO’S “HOUSE OF THE DRAGON” IS BASICALLY “SHREK”

It’s comforting to know that the Internet is still a weird and wonderful place. HBO’s hit series, “House Of The Dragon” wrapped it’s first season on Sunday and it’s fans are pointing out that the show has direct parallels to the film series, “Shrek”. I’m serious.
Some folks on Twitter are even putting scenes of both Shrek and HotD side by side to show the similarities and in some cases it looks like a shot-for-shot remake. For example:
One TikTok user pointed out that Alicent’s dress was very similar to Princess Fiona’s and the results are hilarious.
