Nature is healing.
As La Crosse’s Oktoberfest celebration is fast approaching, folks in Munich, Germany got to don their dirndls and lederhosen for the first time since 2019. The festivities were halted due to the Covid 19 pandemic. And earlier this year, Munich mayor, Dieter Reiter proclaimed that the fest would go on without any Covid restrictions.
According to CNN.com
“It’s a bit of an anxious moment walking through the whole crowd,” one visitor said. “Once we get sitting down and having a beer we’ll be alright.”
Munich’s celebration brings in approximately 6 million visitors from all over the world throughout it’s entire 15 day stretch.
