ANDREW GARFIELD’S NEW TRUE CRIME MINI-SERIES LOOKS GOOD

Under the Banner of Heaven is a seven episode series coming to FX and Hulu April 28th, starring Andrew Garfield as a detective. The series is based on the 2003 book of the same name by Jon Krakauer, which tells the story of the real-life murder of Brenda Wright Lafferty and her baby in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Seems like it has lots of twists and turns and causes Garfield’s character to question his Mormon faith as he investigates the crimes.
I hope I can do myself the favor of not looking up the details of the crime so I don’t spoil it. I probably will fail, though. Here’s the trailer:
