SLEEP EXPERT SHARES THE PERFECT WAY TO NAP
Written by Ballzer on March 10, 2022
When I started doing mornings full time, I thought there would be more naps. I’ve heard talk of daily naps from folks my entire career but, unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. I do need to nap once in a while, but when I do, I frequently have trouble falling asleep and feeling rested after waking up.
When it comes to naps, sleep, and everything else, Twitter has questions. WIRED called in Sleep researcher Dr. Jeffrey Iliff to answer those questions and it was a pretty enlightening talk about naps, catching up on sleep, insomnia, sleep apnea, COVID dreams, and lucid dreaming!
