Kanye West Could See Criminal Charges Stemming From Alleged Assault

Kanye “Ye” West can’t seem to keep himself out of hot water lately. Whether it’s going on bizarre Instagram tirades or charging fans 200 bucks to get “Donda 2” on his exclusive streaming device, now the Los Angeles PD is claiming they may have enough evidence to charge the rapper with assault after an incident with a fan.
According to TMZ:
Cops have nearly completed their investigation into the case, and will soon ship their findings off to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office, who will decide on whether to file any criminal charges against Kanye.
Between the paparazzi video evidence, and witness statements, cops think there’s enough evidence to charge Kanye with a crime. We know cops wanted to interview Ye, but sources say it never happened … citing a busy schedule.
Files could be charged, the case could be rejected completely or parties involved could come to an agreement where conditions could be placed to have the case go away, such as Ye going to anger management
