HAPPY ‘SINGLES AWARENESS DAY’!

One solid thing about Valentines Day being done, there’s at least a ton of candy sales. Also, you’re not being bombarded with posts from happy couples on social media.
For the last 20 years or so, the day after Valentines has been deemed Singles Awareness Day. And just because you’re single, doesn’t mean you’re alone.
According to the US Census data, the city in Wisconsin with the most single men was West Allis but overall, Wisconsin ranked 28th in available singles. And the options were even slimmer in Minnesota and Iowa with less than 50 percent of the population being single.
And in results of a different poll, it found that about 43 percent of current singles are still not over an ex. So not only is already tough to find someone in the midwest, if you do, the odds of them still being hung up on someone isn’t great.
