Is the Left Lane for Passing or Driving Fast?

It never fails. There’s always someone who feels the need to camp in the left lane of the highway going under the speed limit. Drives you crazy, doesn’t it. So it begs the question: What do you feel that the left lane should be used for?
A new poll asked 27,000 Americans, and the most popular answer was BOTH. 40% say it’s for passing OR driving fast . . . 36% say it should only be used for passing . . . and 13% say it’s mainly for people who want to drive faster than the flow of traffic.
As a reformed left lane camper, I’m only really use the left lane for passing and now fully judge anyone who doesn’t do the same. Oh and if you feel the need to match the speed of a driver in the right lane while you’re in the left lane, you should straight up lose the privilege of driving.
