MAKE MUSIC DAY COMES TO LA CROSSE ON MONDAY!

Make Music Day started in France in 1982, and it has grown to be 1000 cities in 120 countries. It is a free celebration of music around the world, held annually on June 21st. This Monday, June 21, 2021 is the first time that it’s going to be in La Crosse.
Toni Asher, Executive Director of the Pump House Regional Arts Center, first heard about Make Music Day a few years ago and has been working with other local non-profits to bring it to La Crosse.
This year, all that time spent organizing is finally paying off.
We caught up with Allison Krzych, Assistant Director of The Pump House, to get the scoop on this year’s plans.
