Now that the Wisconsin Mask Mandate is no longer in effect, we wanted to check in with the La Crosse County Health Department to see what they recommend. We spoke with Paula Silah, the Health Education Manager at the La Crosse County Health Department, about that and the new availability of vaccines in the county.
