Bieber, Taylor Swift, Dan + Shay, and The Weeknd tied for the most awards, receiving 3 each. Cardi B became the first artist in history to win Favorite Song in the Rap/Hip Hop category at the AMAs twice! If we’re being honest, we were watching more for the performances than the awards so on to the entertainment!

Taraji P. Henson hosted the AMAs and was quite funny, as expected. She also did an epic dance medley before her monologue that we did not see coming!
