HUNGER TASK FORCE – #SEASONOFGIVING

The Hunger Task Force of La Crosse works to eliminate hunger by harvesting community resources and being the voice of the hungry. They provide a safety net of emergency food to a network of local food pantries and meal programs. They also operate the Kane Street Community Garden on La Crosse’s Northside. They are a food bank warehouse that supplies 118 food programs in 7 counties. We spoke with Shelly Fortner, Executive Director of the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, to learn more about what they do and how to help!
