VOTE TODAY! GET ALL THE INFO HERE!
Written by Ballzer on November 3, 2020
Today is the big day! The day you get to use your voice and vote (as long as you’re 18 or older). If you’re not entirely sure of the process, or you need a refresher, here’s some important info for you!
First of all; Nationwide, the polls close at 8pm today!
First time voter? Here’s what you need to know!
Not sure if you’re registered? Check your status here!
If you’re not registered, be sure you have the following with you to register:
- Your I.D.
- Proof of residency, if your I.D. does not have the correct address on it (a utility bill, bank statement, or something with your home address on it).
Things to know as a first time voter, or just a refresher:
- Don’t wear campaign merchandise in to the poll place
- Bring your I.D.
- Expect to wait in line (this could take a while, so don’t plan for a short amount of time)
- Be sure you’re in line before the polls close, stay in line, and you’ll get to vote!
- Don’t take a picture of your ballot. You may be eager to post on social media about voting, but don’t take a picture inside your voting booth or of the ballot itself.
