STEPPIN’ OUT IN PINK WITH GUNDERSEN HEALTH SYSTEM
Written by Ballzer on September 2, 2020
2020 has brought a lot of change, and Steppin’ Out in Pink is following the trend by going virtual for the first time in the event’s history. Celebrating 15 years this year, Gundersen Health System’s Steppin’ Out in Pink will be a virtual run/walk event from now through September 12th. However, the mission is still the same. To support local breast cancer research and patients, subsidizes mammograms and supports the Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders and Norma J. Vinger Center for Breast Care.

Z93 is proud to be a sponsor of Gundersen’s Steppin’ Out in Pink, and we hope to encourage more of you to sign up and join the cause. Unfortunately, all of us have been affected by breast cancer, one way or another. This event allows survivors to celebrate, those who have lost loved ones to breast cancer to celebrate the life they once lived, and all people to walk and show support! Get more specific information on the event here!
We talked to Tia Sneath from Gundersen this week to get all the details:
Gundersen Health System is holding a Steppin’ Out in Pink- Pink Survivor Drive (in vehicles only) on Saturday, September 12th in the Valley View Mall Parking Lot! Get more info and sign up for the Pink Survivor Drive, here! We hope to see you there!
