Mid-West Family La Crosse teamed up with the La Crosse County Health Department and Rotary for Food Drive Fridays to benefit Hunger Task Force of La Crosse! Drive-thru style donations can be made from 11a-1p every Friday through May. CLICK HERE for more info and donation locations! An anonymous donor has stepped up to match the first $25,000, too!! Thanks to our partners, Jolivette Family Farms and Builders Flooring, Zcare was able to make a donation to HTF. Many thanks to Festival as well for hooking us up with a great deal on the supplies! We teamed up with our sister stations, KQ98 and 95.7 The Rock, to make a parade of support with vehicles filled with donations!
It’s amazing to live in such a generous community. The first drive was an unbelievable success with lines of 20 to 30 cars at the drive-thru drop off areas. In just two hours, our community donated over 15,000 pounds of food and over $19,000!
