Masked Singer picked up for Season 2!

Okay, I’ll admit it. I was wrong. When I first saw the original show out of South Korea, I didn’t get why it was so popular. Even when Ryan Reynolds was on it, the show seemed weird. When Fox announced they were bringing it to US audiences it seemed like a desperate attempt to get viewers. Perhaps it was, but it sure worked! The Masked Singer was the highest-rated unscripted debut on any network in more than seven years, attracting more than 17 million viewers across multiple platforms.
The costumes are amazing and it’s fun to play along. It’s exciting to guess who you think the singers are based on clues revealed on the show, and argue with your friends on social media.
They haven’t announced if the current panel – Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy and Nicole Scherzinger – will return but I’m sure the costume designers are already working on new ideas.
