DAVID VANNUCCHI

David is a freshman at Luther High School and is on the Cross Country team.  In August, David competed at the USATF Junior Olympic National Championship track meet in Jacksonville, Florida.  He placed 3rd in the 1500m Final.  This past track season he won the Middle School “Wisco Mile” held in Milwaukee, USATF WI 1500m Championship & USATF Region 8 1500m championship held in Iowa.  Last fall, he ran and won 8 cross country races, including the Lutheran National Middle School Cross Country Championship race at Concordia University in Kenosha.  His 2mile time broke the existing record by 16 seconds.  He also won the USATF WI XC Championship.
