Merchants Bank and Z93 along with ZCare are happy to have made a donation to Mary in Onalaska. Mary has a full-time job and 4 children, ages 7 months-13 years old. Her husband recently had to receive open heart surgery because of a heart defect. Her co-worker Kathryn contacted ZCare and told us about what an amazing person Mary is, and all the charitable things she has done for others. They are currently without any vacation time left at work and struggling to pay the medical bills. ZCare was able to make a monetary donation to Mary and her family to help them with their costs. Our thoughts are with their family!

ZCare and our brand new sponsor Merchants Bank are proud to have made a donation of $500 to the American Red Cross for relief work in Haiti. Thanks again to Merchants for helping to provide us with the funds to be able to make a donation of this magnitude!

ZCare is very pleased to have been able to make a monetary donation to the fund set up for Marissa Klein. She is a sixth grader from Caledonia that has been diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma. Thank you to Merchants Bank and all who made her benefit on January 16th possible. The benefit raised over $50,000 to be used for her medical costs.

John Williams, 15, and his father Aubrey of Viroqua were killed in a car accident on December 3rd in Franklin. The outpouring of support for the family was tremendous. We received countless emails and phone calls about the tragedy. ZCare was happy to be able to donate money to Susan Williams to help cover her funeral costs.

Our sympathy goes out to the friends and family of the Williams.

Marissa is a sixth grader at St. Mary’s school in Caledonia. She suffered a sprain while playing basketball that never seemed to heal. After several tests, doctors told Marissa that she has a rare bone cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma. She has been undergoing rigorous bouts of radiation and chemotherapy, and she and her family are quickly falling into medical debt. Please join her friends, family and community members as they help raise money for her cause!
