Scarlett McKenzie Benefit

Scarlett McKenzie was born on July 27th with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). This is a hole in her diaphragm which allowed her abdominal organs into her chest, not allowing her lungs to fully develop. She has since had repair surgery and is doing well..progressing from several breathing tubes to a CPAP. However, it's still a long road to recovery. Scarlett's family is currently challenged with mounting medical bills and costs of transportation. Her father spends his weeks at home in La Crosse to make sure her older brother can make it to school daily, then drives to Rochester every weekend to visit Scarlett and Sarah at Mayo. Any help for Scarlett and her family is greatly appreciated. Support Scarlett and her family by attending the Scarlett McKenzie Benefit at the Moose Lodge from noon to midnight on Saturday, November 7th. Tickets are $10. There will be free food and beer, raffles, kid games, bake sales and lots of live musical entertainment. For more info on the Scarlett McKenzie Benefit click HERE.
