WEEK OF OCTOBER 3, 2016
 
Callista is a senior at Holmen High School and she is Captain of the dance team.  She has been on the high school dance team all 4 years, and when she's not dancing at school functions she can be found at Misty's Dance Unlimited.  Callista has been dancing at Misty's for 13 years and spends about 20 hours a week dancing.  Despite a very hectic dance schedule, she continues to be an excellent student.  Callista takes many AP classes and has remained on High Honor Roll since middle school.  Plus, she manages to find time to volunteer and she's a great role model!

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2016

Laney Schell is a freshman at the Sparta High School. Laney is one out of the only two freshman on the Varsity volleyball team. She plays as a setter, and a right side hitter not being taken out of the game at any time. Laney also plays softball and basketball during the winter summer. She is academically successful while still striving to accomplish her athletic goals. 

 

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 19, 2016

Trenton is a sophomore at West Salem High School.  He plays baseball, basketball, and football.  Trenton enjoys playing with his team and strives to become better with each day.  He plays sports in temperatures that range from 30 degrees to 100 degrees with wind, rain, snow, and sun.  Sometimes practices can be twice a day for football and baseball games can have double headers that are over 4 hours long.  Trenton does not complain and looks forward to the next game or next season.  In addition to his love for sports, he does well in school and his favorite classes are math and wildlife. Trenton was also student of the month at the end of his freshman year.

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2016

Alexis is a senior at Cashton High School and participates in volleyball, basketball and track.  She has been voted by her peers as Captain for the 2016 volleyball season.  Alexis also excels in the classroom by being on the High A Honor Roll as well as taking numerous online college courses.  She also participates in other inner-school programs and clubs.  Aside from her amazing talent as an athlete and her dedication in the classroom, Alexis is an all around great kid, she's responds well to being coached, and she is always willing to help others.  Her true values and morals are what sets her apart.

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 5, 2016

 


Logen is a sophomore at Sparta High
School! She plays softball and she's also in Color Guard. She pushes herself to achieve her goals and she received an award for pitching on her varsity reserve softball team. She is an awesome player and teammate! Logen also works hard and excels in the classroom!

 

 

WEEK OF AUGUST 29, 2016

Halle will be a junior at Tomah High School.  She is an honor roll student and is involved in her high school’s HOSA club.  Halle plays high school and club volleyball, high school soccer and futsal through Viterbo.  She played on the Varsity teams for both volleyball and soccer her freshman and sophomore years, and she'll be playing Varsity Volleyball this year also.  She is a letter winner and academic athlete in both sports.  Outside of school and sports, Halle works two jobs and enjoys snowboarding and hanging out with friends.

WEEK OF AUGUST 22, 2016



Molly is a 17 year old junior at
Wauzeka-Steuben High School.

She is a 3 sport athlete including
volleyball, basketball and softball.

She has lettered in all three sports as
a sophomore and continued to

excel by earning awards and all
conference recognition. She works
hard
and is an excellent athlete
as well as teammate!

WEEK OF AUGUST 15, 2016


Meghan will be a junior at Onalaska
High School.
She plays on an Adaptive
sports team with students
who have
disabilities. They play Soccer, Floor
Hockey
and Whiffle Ball. Meghan is also the
Onalaska High School Girls Softball
manager.
Plus, she's a fantastic student!
Meghan was All Academic team two years
in a row, she received the Freddy Extra
Effort award, Student of the Month, and
maintains a GPA of 3.7. She also
organizes a teddy bear drive in the
fall to raise awareness for her rare
disease.
