WEEK OF NOVEMBER 28, 2016

 

Kaylee is 10 years old, and a 5th grader at Red Creek Elementary in Black River Falls.  She is a straight A student and works very hard in the classroom.  Kaylee has been in dance since she was 2 years old.  She has taken classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and more.  Plus, she performed at Disney World in November 2015.  Kaylee started Figure skating at the age of 3, and currently skates in Black River Falls and Onalaska.  Her other sports include: Volleyball, Softball, and Basketball.  She is also the current 2016-2017 Karner Blue Butterfly Princess.  Kaylee is a good role model and enjoys volunteering for the Salvation Army, food pantry, and Project Christmas.      

WEEK OF NOVEMBER 21, 2016

Logan is a freshman at Onalaska High School.  She's active in WEB club, helping kids transition from elementary school to middle school.  She plays trumpet in the school band and plays on the softball team.  Her passion is go cart racing!  She has been racing for 5 years and races at the West Salem race course.  She thrives as the only girl on the team and has won 29 trophies and 3 metals! 

 

Alexis is a 2nd grade student at Irving Pertzch Elementary.  She is a very active 8 year old who loves school, especially math and reading. Alexis loves doing gymnastics and participates in the Color Run every year.  She is also involved in the Girl Scouts and dance.  She is a very well rounded girl who loves to be outside whenever she can be.  You will most likely see her doing cartwheels, running, and playing with her friends and her little brother Erik.

WEEK OF NOVEMBER 7, 2016

 

Colin is 8 years old and in 3rd grade at Spence Elementary.  Colin plays flag football for Park and Rec, Shelby baseball, and YMCA basketball.  He enjoys baseball the most, and his team won 1st place in a tournament this past summer.  Colin is an excellent student and an amazing big brother to his little sister!

Olivia is a Senior at Cashton High School.  She plays Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball.  She is involved in many school activities such as FBLA, and she's on the High A Honor Roll.  Olivia is a middle hitter and one of Cashton's Volleyball kill leaders.  She also earned all conference honors in softball, as a Junior.  Olivia has a great personality and she is a great role model for the younger players on the team.

 

WEEK OF OCTOBER 24, 2016

Baylee is a 3rd grader at West Salem Elementary School.  She competes in Volleyball, Basketball, Swim Team and Soccer twice a year (fall & spring) with West Salem Park & Rec.  Outside of sports, Baylee enjoys working on her leadership and team building skills in Girl Scouts, playing with friends and participating in local drama/music camps.  Baylee is also confident in the classroom and loves to read, write stories, and learn how things work in Science.  

WEEK OF OCTOBER 17, 2016

Elizabeth is an 11 grader at Bangor High School.  She is a natural leader.

Elizabeth has a 4.0 GPA, she's involved in Student Council, ACADEC, Quiz Bowl,

FCCLA, Math Team, and National Honor Society.  Plus she plays 3 sports!

Elizabeth plays Basketball, Volleyball, and participates in Track.

She loves to lend a hand to those in need and helps anyone she can.

 

WEEK OF OCTOBER 10, 2016

Wyatt is 8 years old and in 3rd grade at Hintgen Elementary in La Crosse.

Wyatt is a competitive bass fisherman and has won many local tournaments.

He took first place at the 3 rivers Bass Fall Frenzy Open on the Mississippi River on October 2nd.  In addition to bass fishing, Wyatt enjoys playing spring baseball for Shelby and he is gearing up for Hockey!  He plays all winter for the La Crosse Flames Mites team.  He also enjoys ice fishing and downhill skiing.  Wyatt also stays active with his Sunday school activities at Good Shepard Church.  Plus, he's a great student and an overall great kid!
